These Terms apply to all products within the Sidewall Financial Services Pvt Ltd portfolio, including but not limited to DevPilot, QuickBillPro, AdPilot, UdyamPilot, FlightDeck, and CyberForge (collectively, "Services").

Sidewall Financial Services Pvt Ltd develops and operates a portfolio of software products across multiple verticals:

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Sidewall Financial Services Pvt Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property except as expressly stated herein.

Your Content: You retain all rights to data and content you upload to or create through our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us without obligation to you. You waive any rights to such feedback.

6. AI-Generated Content

Certain Services may utilize artificial intelligence to generate content, suggestions, code, or recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is" and should be reviewed before use in production or critical systems.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before acting on it.
• AI-generated content may not be suitable for legal, financial, or medical decisions without professional review.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the results obtained from use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SURYA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (INR 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of Services:

• By You: You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@devpilot.co.in.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law.

Data Export: Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Certain data may be retained as required by law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days from the date of written notice of the dispute.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
